Kakaos Pranayama Bolster

The Kakaos Pranayama yoga bolster is a long and narrow yoga bolster { 25" long x 3" high x 6" wide}. This yoga bolster is designed for use in Pranayama Yoga to follow the length of the spine and facilitates gentle expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing or placed under the knees in Shavasana to deepen relaxation.

The Pranayama yoga bolster is firm enough to hold your body weight, but soft enough to allow you to become very relaxed.

Pranayama yoga bolsters are filled with a blend of regenerated cotton and polyester and the cover is a 100% cotton fabric. The full length zippered cover is removable and machine washable.
