These foam blocks are real sturdy. The order came quickly and the blocks were exactly as we expected them to be! We ordered the grey blocks and couldn't be happier with them, we plan to order more in the future.

These higher density are the foam blocks my yoga instructor recommended. They are dense and sturdy but not so heavy they they are unmanageable.
