Just give us a call to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization code. (RMA) This code is needed to correctly identify your original order and correctly credit your refund. (Excludes Clearance Items)
To help with the high cost of return shipping, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship your return back to us, Our discounted FedEx shipping rate will be deducted from your return credit.
Just box up the item (s) to be returned in the original box, place the pre-paid label on it and drop it off at your local FedEx store
Once the item (s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item (s), less the cost of the return shipping fee(s).
By accepting and using the pre-paid FedEx shipping label provided by TheYogaWarehouse, the customer agrees to pay any and all return shipping charges.
All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If an order is received with a different shipping service or non-TheYogaWarehouse shipping label, shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept item (s) where the original packaging has been removed or the product has been used, the reason we cannot accept these returns is although the item may not be damaged, we are not able to resale the item as new. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself. We will refund on items that are returned in new condition with original packaging intact.
Large orders and all wholesale orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%
Most countries charge tariffs or duties as import on imported products, these which, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and can be as much as 80% of your order.
We are not able to accept returns on international orders.

UPS or FedEx will attempt to deliver and collect the brokerage, duties and or taxes three (3) times, If the shipment is refuse on the third attempt; the package will be considered abandon by the customer and no credit or refunds will be made.

All cancellations must be made within 6 hours of order placement, if order has been processed or shipped a restocking fee of up to 10% will be charged, this cost only covers our fees to locate the order and or return the order and have the order restocked into inventory, if order has been shipped, shipping and return shipping fees will be the reasonability of the buyer.
Canada, Mexico and all International orders must be canceled within 6 hours of original purchase by phone or email. If order was place after business hours, please contact us by email or give us a call by 12 am the next day to cancel order. If order placed over the weekend, order must be canceled by 12 am Monday or first business day after Holiday.
Refused and Non-deliverable
In the event the delivery is refused by your resident or business or FedEx cannot deliver after three attempts, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, The Yoga Warehouse is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 10% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or by company check. If you received a discount of free shipping you will be charged for the initial shipping charge too.
If you receive a damaged shipment, you must contact us, and you must report it to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt of item (s).
Important Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges.
If you decide to use your own shipping service, Please carry insurance on your returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while being returned. It is your responsibility to properly insure your package(s). The three major shipping carriers DHL, Fed Ex and UPS include insurance up to $100.00; please make sure you carry the correct amount of insurance coverage to cover the item(s).
The US Postal Service does NOT include insurance, so we advise, if you use this service, that you please purchase this coverage.
