These are wonderful to use as a block for my class that have disabilities. They are soft for comfort

This was a bit of a splurge, and I am so glad I got it. This bolster is perfect to sit on, and feels great under the lower back for a supported back bend, or on top of blocks.

The photo shows that they look firm, but mine weren't. No support under the legs o
