Kakaos Mini yoga bolsters provide perfect support for many yoga postures. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The mini bolsters are perfect to use when a foam block is too hard or stiff.  The Mini yoga bolsters are stuffed with 100% clean Buckwheat Hulls. Our bolster design allows the removal or addition of Buckwheat Hulls to make the perfect bolster for you.
