The Kakaos 36 inch full round foam rollers are made from sturdy, scratch resistant foam. Each foam roller has hundreds on small nipples for added grip, which also adds to a perfect massage.

Foam Rollers will help improve balance in Pilates mat exercises, these durable Extra high-density EVA foam rollers have excellent memory characteristics and will regain their original shape after being compressed. This makes them ideal for abdominal and spine stretches in yoga and massage therapy, and also therapeutic myofascial release. The rollers have rounded corners for added comfort. Available in both a 12'' and 36'' lengths.
