We are focusing on the safety and welfare of not only our staff but our customers as well, and because of this we have made adjustments to our return policy. Please understand that the health and wellbeing of everyone during these unprecedented times is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience while we take these necessary steps.
  
Shipments FAQ:
When are orders shipping?
Orders are being processed normally with most orders placed before 2pm shipping the same day but due to an increase order volume, orders may take an extra 24 hours to process. We greatly appreciate your support and patience and ask that you only reach out to our Customer Service team if you have not received a tracking number after 2 business days from when your order is placed. Please check email spam folders first before reaching out to us

No Returns or Exchanges on any opened products will be allowed, this is for yours, ours and the safety of other customers
During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the upmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped products this precaution has been put in place to ensure the safety of all our customers. Should you have more questions in regard to this precaution please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@theyogawarehouse.com and we will work with you to get you answers or the best possible solution to any concerns. Please note that due to continued concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we have also extended the return window to 60 days post purchase for all purchases of fully packaged/sealed items made between March 15, 2020 and August 1, 2020. Please note that due to precautions taken by the warehouse team to process your returned product, returns and refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be entered into the system.

Our Warehouse Precautions:
We don’t use distribution centers and can maintain a safer working environment
Melodie, Lauren and Greg have increased the frequency with which they clean and disinfect touched objects and surfaces.
We have imposed strict receiving guidelines for all vendors. All new shipments entering our warehouse are quarantined for 10 business day before they can be release for sell to the public.
