Damaged In Transit / Defective Product
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item please call us toll free at (866) 955-YOGA for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA) as soon as possible, if it was damaged in transit or is defective. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and return authorization tag and replace the item immediately at no extra charge.

You may return your item (s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

The item must be in the original packaging. Please include your customer RMA number on the outside of the package.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card account or paypal account used to make the purchase. If you used a check or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 7 working days by company check.

Return Orders:
No Hassle return. Just give us a call to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA) This code is needed to correctly identify your original order and correctly credit your refund.
All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on international orders. Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier within three days of receipt.

Once the item (s) have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the item (s), Original shipping cost is NOT covered in our return policy (Full Return Policy) If you received free or discount shipping, shipping will be recalculated to full original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete
We can not accept item (s) where the original packaging has been removed, the reason we can not accept these returns is although the item may not be damaged, we are not able to resale the item as new. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself. We will refund on items that are returned in new condition with original packaging intact.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement, if order has been processed a restocking fee of 10% will be charged, this cost only covers our fees to locate the order and have the order restocked into inventory, if order has been shipped, shipping and return shipping fees will be the reasonability of the buyer.
In the event the delivery is refused by your resident or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, The Yoga Warehouse is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or by company check.
Damaged Shipment:
If you receive a damaged shipment, you must contact us, and you must report it to the carrier within five days of receipt of item (s).
Free Shipping Discounted and flat rate shipping Return Policy:
All returned orders placed with discounted, flat rate and free shipping discount will be charged the full calculated shipping price to buyer’s zip code, this amount is the shipping cost that would have been calculated and charged using the weight based UPS shipping calculator when order was placed, this amount and any restocking fees will be deducted from customer’s credit.
Important Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges.
Please carry insurance on your returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while being returned. It is your responsibility to properly insure your package(s). The three major shipping carriers DHL, Fed Ex and UPS include insurance up to $100.00; please make sure you carry the correct amount of insurance coverage to cover the item(s).
The US Postal Service does NOT include insurance, so we advise, if you use this service, that you please purchase this coverage. |
