Damaged In Transit / Defective Product
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item please email us at CustomerCare@theyogawarehouse.com or Call us toll free at (866) 955-YOGA for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA) as soon as possible, if it was damaged in transit or is defective. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and return authorization tag and replace the item immediately at no extra charge.
No Questions Asked Return
You may return your item (s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

The item must be in the original packaging. Please include your customer RMA number on the outside of the package.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card account or paypal account used to make the purchase. If you used a check or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 7 working days by company check.
