These ¼ inch Yoga Mats are a little denser then most yoga mats lending to a more comfortable yoga workout. Over sized mats or mats that contain larger air bubbles to make them appear thicker have the tendencies to break down at a faster pace due to the thin walls caused by larger air bubbles.
